Sebi reduces minimum issue size for social stock exchange to Rs 50 lakh

To provide impetus to fundraising by Not for Profit Organizations (NPOs) on the Social Stock Exchange, markets regulator Sebi on Saturday announced that it has reduced the minimum issue size to Rs 50 lakh from Rs 1 crore in case of public issuance of Zero Coupon Zero Principal Instruments (ZCZP).

Coal India spends 15% higher than statutory requirement on CSR

State-owned Coal India Ltd has spent Rs 513 crore on corporate social responsibility projects in FY 23, which is 15.3% more than the statutory requirement of Rs. 445 crore, a company release said.
