• Looking for General Manager – CSR & Sustainability.
• Developing and overseeing CSR & Sustainability programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.
• Framing the Sustainability Report as per latest Sustainability Reporting or GRI guidelines/standards and managing its end to end process including content, design, assurance, GRI check and release.
• Supporting businesses in various dimensions of sustainability i.e. Governance, Climate risk mitigation, Supply chain management, Eco-efficiencies etc.
• Conducting benchmarking exercises for best practices in aspects in various industries; documenting and providing conclusions and constructive suggestions from the various research and benchmarking exercises.
• Connecting with multi-stakeholder Agencies like WRI, WBCSD, UNDP, etc to stay abreast with relevant developments.
• Establish and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of the CSR & Sustainability programs and report on results on a regular basis as appropriate with internal and external stakeholders
• Developing, planning and executing initiatives in line with CSR & Sustainability legislation and business goals.
• Oversee the development of sustainability data management and monitoring system
• Capability to design and deliver capability building / awareness programs to internal stakeholders.
• Create, review and revise the CSR & Sustainability dashboard and provide guidance to businesses to improve performance based on the dashboard.
• Provide support on sustainability related information and requirement to internal stakeholders.
• Staying abreast of relevant research, trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
• Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Working with Marketing and PR teams to drive internal engagement and promote storytelling
• Driving budget & monitoring spend to deliver results in line with planned objectives
